Impact

What we're here to change.

Our mission is to equip young people, education settings and organisations with practical AI capability — and to be honest about what that changes.

Our mission

Practical AI capability, in the hands of the people who need it most.

We help young people build the skills, confidence and opportunities to thrive in an AI-shaped economy, and we help schools, businesses and community organisations solve real problems with AI — responsibly.

Our theory of change

Capability compounds when it's applied to real problems.

If people learn AI on tasks that matter to them, with support and honest guardrails, they keep using it. That sustained use is what turns training into progression, productivity and new ventures.

Theory of change

Inputs → Activities → Outputs → Outcomes → Long-term Impact

01

Inputs

Funding, partnerships, facilitators, mentors, technology, venues and curriculum design time.

02

Activities

Youth programmes, school and college delivery, organisational training and AI Problem Labs.

03

Outputs

People trained, sessions delivered, projects built and organisations supported.

04

Outcomes

Improved AI literacy and confidence, progression into work or study, ventures started, time saved.

05

Long-term Impact

A generation and a set of organisations able to use AI capably, responsibly and independently.

Measured results will be published here as programmes complete.

How we measure impact

Evidence, not estimates

Baseline and endline

We capture confidence and capability before and after every programme.

Where participants go next — work, study, training or venture.

Organisational outcomes

Time saved, quality, consistency and adoption inside partner teams.

Qualitative evidence

Participant, staff and partner accounts of what actually changed.

Honest reporting

We publish what we can evidence. We do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind.
