Account information if you create a learner account: email address, profile details and your learning progress.

Basic technical information such as pages visited, where analytics is enabled.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, assess programme applications, deliver learning, issue certificates, and — where you have opted in — send newsletters.

Lawful basis

We rely on consent for marketing, legitimate interests for responding to enquiries, and contract for delivering programmes you have enrolled on. To be confirmed on review.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by our hosting, database, email and payment providers acting on our instructions.

Retention periods are to be confirmed by Future Ready CIC and recorded here before publication.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Requests can be made using the contact details published on this site.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Programmes are open to people aged 18–30 unless stated otherwise. Where any activity involves under-18s, our Safeguarding Policy applies.
